Shipping & Returns

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Many firearms, magazines, and parts listed online may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Firearm sales are final.

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone who does not hold an active Federal Firearms License, also known as an FFL.

Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL dealer near you. We may contact and verify the FFL selected during checkout before shipping your firearm.

The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Tracking numbers are available for items shipped through UPS and FedEx.

Flat-rate shipping only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping outside the lower 48 states or internationally.

If an order is placed outside the stated shipping area, it will be canceled and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Orders cannot be processed and may be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping addresses do not match.

If this happens, the order may be replaced via gift card so the order can be placed correctly.

If an order is for a serialized item or firearm, the system will identify it and the item will be sent to the selected FFL. Do not enter the FFL as the shipping address.

If you placed an order and need to change it, the order must be canceled and refunded minus a $10 charge issued via gift card.

Once the refund is received, the customer can place a new order on the website.

Sturgis Guns will not place the order for the customer due to fraud concerns and sensitive transaction information. Transaction lead times restart when the new order is placed.

All canceled and returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All sales are final, including firearms, ammunition, and optics.

Any order that surpasses 21 days without the requested documents being received may be canceled, and funds returned minus a 15% restocking fee.

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.

All ammunition ships ground with adult signature required. Sales on ammunition are final.

Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your firearm. Customers are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws.

Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair.

Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store are not covered under warranty, even if part of an integrated firearms package, unless Sturgis Guns guaranteed the entire package in writing.

By using the Sturgis Guns website, customers agree to follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally allowed to purchase, possess, receive, transport, store, and use the products they order.

Some portions of the website may require a username and password.

You are responsible for protecting your login information and agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.
